    I was very satisfied with my sales person Alana she was kind. Considered concerned and willing to do all she could do i was very satisfied with her performance and I definitely can't leave out the sales manager Mr.Feild he was equally helpful during this process making sure that he could help in me in my purchase not like the there other dealership in Frankfort where we stay on there lot trying to inquire about a few vehicles we saw on line and was not waited on even after being on that lot looking for over 35 minutes no one came out to help us my daughter made eye contact with one of the sales people waved for him but he went back inside without offering assistance so they definitely lost a sale i was never been so dis pleased as I was with the Frankfort dealership I will tell all my friends and family about Frankfort Chevrolet not to purchase a vehicle from them and to go Phillips Chevrolet in Bradley because they want to help there customers Alana and Walter Feilds Thank You for a great experience you should be proud of your employees
