Good fast service

only had a problem getting papers but it was ups's fault. salesman drove 7 hours round trip to get it to me.

Service appointment was fine. Sales team is far too aggressive. After receiving many phone calls,emails, videos ect I expressed I was not interested in selling my car or purchasing another one. I wasn't even out of my car yet before a sales person was "trying to see what we can get me approved for". I may start going elsewhere for oil changes due to the pressure I feel at this location lately. They are very kind, just way too in my face for me.

The gentleman that came out to retrieve my car for service was a little on the rude side but the woman that checked me in and checked me out was very pleasant.
